Rhubarb from Briermere Farms. These bright neon red stalks are the only edible part of the plant. Their texture is similar to celery and the flavor is very tart, lending Rhubarb most often to be used in sweet preparations. Rhubarb can be turned into jam, compote, chutney, or added to pies. It pairs particularly well with strawberries or apples.
