Arugula offers a zingy and peppery herbaceous flavor with hints of mustard and citrus. Also known as salad rocket or Italian cress, Arugula is nutrient rich and has been shown to have detoxifying properties. Often eaten raw as a leafy green for it’s bold flavor, Arugula can also be lightly cooked to give the leaves a milder flavor.

It’s great paired with any of our Cherry Tomatoes for a sweet and spicy salad!
