Refreshing, clean aroma.  Dried Lavender Flowers are bright purple-blue and recognizably aromatic. This strong herb is grown as a condiment and for it’s medicinal use. Lavender lends a floral and slightly sweet flavor to most dishes.  Their fragrant flowers can be candied and are sometimes used as cake decorations, floral arrangements, or made into lavender sugar. The buds can be added to herbal teas, baked into sweets and desserts, or used in aromatherapy, where their scent is said to calm the nerves and release tension.
