Oyster Mushrooms

Oyster Mushrooms have fluted caps reminiscent in shape to an oyster shell. Delicate white gills extend from beneath the cap and down the stem. They are soft and have a slightly chewy texture and a mild, delicately earthy flavor. Best eaten cooked.
