A flavorful herb used in Mexican cuisine. Similar flavor to Papalo, though Pipicha looks remarkable different with tall, wispy stems and long and slender, needle-shaped green leaves. Its small, round buds are a beautiful shade of dusky pale blue and dark purple. Much like Papalo, Pipichia’s distinct flavor is stronger than cilantro with a hint of mint and a bit of a citrus finish.
Store dry in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
